These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, coaching services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by The Divine Return, LLC, doing business as The Sacred Path (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Nature of the Services & Disclaimer

The Sacred Path provides Services intended for personal growth, self-reflection, education, and intuitive exploration. These may include coaching services, digital content, journaling tools, reflective exercises, and related resources.

The Services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services, and we do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition.

The Services are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you require professional support, you are encouraged to seek assistance from a qualified, licensed provider.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that:

Participation is voluntary
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes
Any insights or guidance offered are informational and reflective in nature

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & App Use

Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and current information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

4. Coaching Services

Coaching services are offered as non-clinical, non-therapeutic support focused on self-awareness, reflection, and personal development.

Coaching does not establish a medical, mental health, or therapeutic provider–client relationship. Information shared during coaching is treated with care and respect but may be stored securely for operational and administrative purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

5. Journaling, User Content & Support Limitations

The Services may allow you to create personal journal entries, reflections, or other written content (“User Content”).

You acknowledge and agree that:

User Content is not actively monitored, reviewed, or responded to in real time
The Sacred Path does not provide crisis support, emergency services, or mental health treatment

If you are experiencing distress, emotional crisis, or feel that you may be at risk of harm, please seek immediate support from a qualified professional or local emergency services.

If you are in the United States, support is available by calling or texting 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). If you are outside the U.S., please contact your local emergency number or a trusted support resource.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Payment terms vary depending on the Services and may include:

One-time purchases
Coaching sessions or packages
App subscriptions or digital content

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated.

Unless required by law:

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable
Digital content and subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed
Rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking

For app-based purchases, billing and refunds may be managed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner.

You may not:

Harass, threaten, or harm others
Use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the Services

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate accounts for behavior that is harmful, abusive, or inconsistent with the intent of the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services — including text, audio, video, graphics, exercises, and materials — is owned by or licensed to The Divine Return, LLC d/b/a The Sacred Path.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information and user content. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of data may occur despite reasonable safeguards. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Divine Return, LLC d/b/a The Sacred Path shall not be held liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of your information that occurs despite our reasonable security measures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

11. Account Deletion & Termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated.

Account deletion and data handling are governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
